@peacefulpony Your comparison favours iPhone. There both a great phone and the Galaxy Nexus does produce better contrast or colours if you like. My brother has the iPhone 4S whereas I have Galaxy Nexus. We have compared the picture and images, they are both great phone. But for me, my opinion is that the Galaxy Nexus was better in terms of picture, but sound the iPhone wins.
iPhone’s superior quality is the result of attention paid to small details by late Steve Jobs. May he rest in peace.
Greta job reviewer but all these comments are stupid nothing will ever be perfect and considering one camera specs is better factors in so at the end of the day get what you want but the camera on the galaxy nexus is fine overall as well as the iPhone if you want a better camera go buy an actual camera morons

Iphone 4s is better
the 4s has more detailed and sharper color throughout most of the vid. only part where the galaxy nexus one in my opinion was the keyboard zoom in. the galaxy nexus looks a bit fuzzy

if you look at screen at 0:55 on iPhone the screen shaper but on galaxy nexus it washed out

Nexus seems a little worse. Perhaps it’s just a slight colour balance tweak. It was sharper except on the keyboard.

what about the front facing camera? Galaxy Nexus captures 720p HD.
Look at the keyboard and you will get which one is better…….
The color on the nexus is better, and when it focuses its better. The iphone is slightly choppy, but still i think the iphone was better overall. The sound was a little better on the iphone also..

Hate to admit it, but iPhone has the slight edge over Nexus.
The 4s has alot better sound quality and if you had focused in the iphone then the video would have been better and the colours were more real
Blurry nexus…
iPhone is quiet good but its choppy. The Galaxy Nexus has some problems with the focus

@Zacisblackk not significantly better, but has the slight edge over Nexus’ camera. I’m disappointed, because I wanted Nexus to be perfect.
the only reason ithe iPhone 4s failed on the close ups is because he needs to manually tap on the screen to focus
I’m wondering which colors are more natural (iphone or nexus)? When he showed the background image of the Mac the colours of the iphone were clearly better.
I also don’t know if it is a handling error because of the focus. When moving around the iphone was better but holding to a subject the iphone didn’t focused anymore. Here the Nexus was better.
In addition on the full HD video from MrThainbox123 the video from the Nexus was not as clear. A real 1080p footage would be necessary.
I saw more stuttering on iphone 4s, but it focus better than the Galaxy Nexus and the image was better
