  3. Hey Karl, you mention lack of money to purchase equipment. How about adding a donation link on your site. I’m sure some people who enjoy what you do would be happy to make a contribution?

  4. Why don’t you use multicam clip to automatically sync all the video clips to the music track? Save a tonne of time ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. hello karl…really great video (and all of the others, as well), but i have a question: the time that you recorded yourself (video) playing each instrument, was the time that you were recording it (music)…???

Question: Every time I move a new clip into my timeline area, My Mp3 cuts out just for the amount of time of the new clip, is there a setting Im missing? Ive tried detaching the audio and eraing it, and turning down the video clip, nothing works, it just ducks out when a clip is on. THANKS

  9. Hi Karl, so in such cases the second angle video take sound with the original recorded track? I guess you need to mimicking pretty close to avoid there is a visible difference between footage and audio. Thanks for sharing all those info and for the stunning covers ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Hey karl! I have a few questions
    1. How do you do the close ups? is it done in the editing or do you have another camera going?
    2. In the video Apocalyptic Love how did you record with wah? I tried and the quality comes out horrible.
    3. You have already done many editing videos but how do you record with such good lighting? will you make an other video for us about lighting?

    From a faithful subscriber, thanks.

  13. Thanks man! I have been trying to figure out how to edit video. I have just been using my laptop or phone camera to record the full song with my amp and a backing track. It’s hard to get the sound down good. The good part is it’s all one take so if you mess up then you start over. It has improved my playing a lot but it is a pain. Check out my videos. Cheers!

  14. Hi Karl, great help thanks. Can I ask why don’t you plug your guitar into the audio interface while recording the video?. Just wondered. Love your stuff ๐Ÿ™‚
