Loved every part of this video…until I checked the Avio 4k price. $650 Wow! Is there any other alternative would you recommend? As far as I know you can’t stream higher than 720p/1080p to Youtube, so any no 4k solution could be useful too.

Nice set up! Are you able to extend your monitor arm further back or does it only go as far as the desktop? I’m asking because I plan on getting a 27 or 34 inch monitor and with my desk (like yours) being only 30 inches deep I’m afraid the monitors will be too close and will need to go back further.

What kind of chair do you use?
what are the speaker stands you are using?
Tell us about how you have the speakers connected. Do you have to run them into the mixer? Can they go from the Mac (audio out – mini plug – l/r channel splitter) to each speaker? It looks like the speakers have their own amps and the speaker input options are either mini or RCA. I’m trying to avoid buying the mixer part of the equation. Thanks!

Great video man. Do you have any suggestions for a mic? Right now I’m using a Purple Panda Lavalier Lapel Microphone. It’s… ok… for the price. But I’m still not very happy with the sound quality.
A used Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro capturecard is probably the cheapest and best 1080 card you can find. It will accept both an hdmi signal from a cam and analog audio via the breakout cable simultaniously. This make it extremely usefull when streaming.
