Every year, the video editing apps on Android and iPhone seem to get more and more powerful… We did a full overview of the video editor landscape on both Android and iOS last year, but there have been some significant app updates since then, so it’s time for a fresh review.
In the last round, we narrowed the choices down to Pinnacle, and iMovie. Both have had some significant updates since then, but there is now one clear leader when it comes to the BEST iOS editing app…
In this video, we take a look at the current Video Editing App landscape, what’s changed with the leading iOS video editors since last year, and my recommendations for the BEST Video Editing app for iPhone right now!

  1. Thanks for this. I have made a challenge to myself to import and edit all of my files via my iPhone for the next month in order to better understand mobile editing.

  2. Great Video again Justin. That backward editing tip saves me a ton of time. Channel content is bang on mate.

  3. Thanks for making the video and sharing, this was very informative. My only response: with IG TV being a new market for video content on mobile, it’s a deal breaker for me that Kinemaster doesn’t allow editing in portrait mode T_T

  4. For those saying you’d just use kinemaster, u have to pay every month to get the premium version. Just spend $20 on lumafusion one time🤷‍♀️

  5. Great video, keep up the good work, I’d like to know how you edit videos on your laptop/computer and what software do you use, also what’s your thought process when recording these videos, Thanks
